Merlin
Near Oahe Dam, Stanley County, September 13, 2008
This Merlin smoked a Mourning Dove right in front of us.
Then it
dragged it across the highway into the ditch and proceeded to feed.
We
were able to get very close and shoot photos from the truck window.
