Ricky Olson and Kenny Miller found this Harlequin Duck in the fog on New Years
Day, it was
very difficult to locate and photograph due to fog and extreme cold.
I finally got lucky and found it close to shore in a few breaks in the fog.
Ice Goose. I'd be
headed south if I was a goose.

Harlequin Duck was still in the tailrace, this morning the fog
wasn't as bad, but the light was still terrible. Temp was around -10F and wind
was SE at 15-20.
