Common Loon attacks Black

I had been watching this Black Scoter swimming across the bay for about 10
minutes.
I decided take a few photos even though it was quite a distance out.
I had just got the camera out the window and when I saw the scoter taking off so
I took few shots.
This evening as I was looking at the photos from today, this photo showed what
caused the scoter to
flush, a loon had come up from below and attacked the scoter.
