Short-eared Owl and Northern Harrier fight over
a vole

I was watching this Short-eared Owl as it hunted and perched on fence posts.
Then I
noticed another SEOW and a Northern Harrier having a scuffle. I'm not sure who
attacked who or even who got the vole, but here are a series of photos. It seems
like
everytime I see something like this, it is so far away that image quality really
suffers, but these
aren't too bad.
