This Blue-throated Hummingbird (now known as the Blue-throated Mountain Gem) has been a
bully at the feeder, but this juvenile Broad-billed Hummingbird would not be driven away. It
continued to drink sugar water no matter what the bigger bird did to it.
Blue-throated Mountain Gem
A Berylline Hummingbird showed up at my feeder briefly. I wonder if this
is the same one that was at the Southwest Research Station.
