This is an Arizona Mud Turtle, I photographed it at Highway Tank. Over the last
few years, I have found 3 carapaces of mud turtles around the tank but have
never seen a live turtle. Now I know what species is there.

M57, the Ring Nebula. A tiny planetary nebula in constellation Lyra.
It looks alot like the Helix Nebula but is much smaller in view.

A new galaxy in the Virgo Galaxy Cluster, NCG 4216, also called the Silver Streak Galaxy.

Here's my California Myotis from tonight at Valentine Well. Myotis bats are typically
difficult to ID, but this seems pretty straightforward. Using range maps, the shape of
the tragus, the lack of any tail extension past the tail membrane, and
the coloration all lead to California Myotis. Very small and very fast.
