A Common Ground-Dove at Paton's.
This has been a long time in coming, I finally got some photos of Violet-crowned Hummingbird
that aren't on feeders. The light was never really good but these are by far the best I've ever got.
This appears to be a juvenile, based the reduced
violet and the lighter feather edges on the head.
I might have to go back tomorrow and see if I can get an adult.
