This is a species of Condalia, the flowers are tiny, maybe 1/8 of an inch.
Flowering Condalia have a strong, sweet smell, I can usually smell them before I see them.
This is the larval food plant of my target moth, the Mexican Agopema Moth.

A Bordered Plant Bug on Condalia, possibly Largus succinctus.

A sweat bee on Rambling Milkweed.
