Chiricahua Mountains and Cave Creek area

Today I got the best shots of Steller's Jay I have ever taken.
This was in the old campground at Rustler Park. This jay is in full sun, early
morning.
Here's one in the shade, it gives the feathers a softer appearance.
Rufous-crowned Sparrow, looking kind of worn. It looks odd compared to other
Rufous-crowned Sparrows I've seen, kind of dull and not much color, but
I cannot find any other bird that it could be. I looked at the Rusty
Sparrow that occurs in NW Mexico, but it doesn't match up.
Plumbeous Vireo, searching for food.
A Mexican Chickadee that has just finished its bath.
