Some more photos from the Ajo, AZ area

Common Ground-Dove, first one I've ever seen in Ajo. Winter
records are rare here.
The Cone Nebula and Hubble's Variable Nebula, in the
constellation Monoceros. The Cone is on the right
side of the nebulosity, it is
about 7 light years in length. Hubble's Variable Nebula is in the upper right.
The Round-tailed Ground Squirrel is a hibernator, this is the
first one I've seen in a few months.
The flies are happy to see it too. This one is a juvenile. Here it is, flies and
all.
