Elegant Trogon from this morning. One can see how it got its former name,
Coppery-tailed Trogon.
Elegant Trogon
Elegant Trogon. It was on the creek trail near the Santa Rita Lodge.
More Black-capped Gnatcatchers. This one has just captured a moth.
Probably my best Black-capped Gnatcatcher so far.
Large Whirligig Beetle, Dineutus sublineatus with its prey.
Juniper Hairstreaks are starting to fly.
And so are the Arizona Hairstreaks.
Upper wings of an Arizona Hairstreak, they don't give me many chances to get the
dorsal surface.
