Another Sidewinder
and another Desert Mouse
October 24, 2018
The Cactus Mouse that paid the penalty for moving into my truck.
Now I need to find a live one to photograph.
A Desert Iguana. I've only seen a few of these, and never one in the fall.
Another Sidewinder. Since I saw the previous Sidewinder, I've been looking
for it at night, as I was not too pleased with the effect the ring flash had on
the
photos I got. These are much better.
This one has nine rattles and a button. The one I saw October 12 only had five
and a button.
Here it is sidewinding. It was not as docile as the other one.
Photographed with a Canon 7D MII, Canon 100-400 f5.6 and
Canon 600 EX 2-RT flash in the hotshoe.
