More Botteri's Sparrow and other things
Buenos Aires NWR
May 8, 2019
This morning I found a very cooperative Botteri's
Sparrow, giving me a clean shot in nice morning light.
700mm focal length, f10, ISO 100, 1/320
Then to top it off, the bird hopped down on the ground right by the truck.
I went back to check on the Rainbow Barrel Cactus and the flowers are
really opened up now. I thought the name Rainbow Barrel Cactus came from
the reddish stripes on the barrel, but now wonder if it isn't attributed to the
flower!
Wow!
