More photos from the Sonoran Desert, Ajo area
March 28, 2019

No more luck with bats but there are some Red-spotted
Toads in the tanks. Here is a pair in amplexis.

My first Lucy's Warbler of the spring.

Flowering cactus, starting to see lots of these.

A typical scene in low areas now, lots of mallow and Desert Sunflower
blooming. A closer look and one will find many other species of flowers.
There is some Brittlebush flowering the lower right corner.

Flowers in the Crater Range north of Ajo.

Owl Clover and poppies near Hat Mountain.

I reworked this image of the Pallid Bat to include the reflection in
the water. It has just finished getting its water and is rising up.
