The only bat I photographed tonight. But, it is a species I have
wanted to get! The Pallid Bat, a large slow flying bat that hunts
low and sometimes even on the ground.

6D, Sigma 35mm f1.4 lens, Canon 600 EX II flash. Settings: 1/180, f8, ISO 100.
Pallid Bat. I got eight shots and only three were sharp.
